How do I place an order?
You can order online via our website and pay at checkout. Or use our contact form, and we will happily place the order for you.
Can I change contact details on my order?
Please sign in to your online account and select ‘Change Personal Details’. Please note: you can update your address, email and contact number through your online account. If you need to change the name or other details on your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
How long will items stay in my wishlist for?
You can now add products to your Wishlist as you browse, and buy later. These items will stay in your wishlist for 7 days, unless you are signed in to your online account, in which case your wishlist items will be saved until you are ready to complete your purchase at checkout. If you would like some help completing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
How do I use the discount code?
Please ensure you type your discount code into the appropriate box when you check out and click ‘Apply’ to apply it to your order, happy shopping!
Can I make changes to my order?
While we may not always be able to make changes to your order, unwanted items can easily be sent back to us using our free returns service. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your gift order, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
