Tracking Information
Once your item has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email if it’s available. If you’ve ordered multiple items from different brands, they may arrive on different days and through separate couriers. There’s no need to worry if your packages don’t all arrive at once—this process ensures you receive each item as quickly as possible.
Delivery Days and Times
Your order will be delivered on a working weekday unless you have already agreed to a specific time slot. In that case, delivery can occur anytime between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. For security reasons, a signature will be required upon receipt, as our couriers are unable to leave the package unattended if no one is available to accept it.
Delivery Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we collaborate with various suppliers who deliver directly. The shipping time provided is an estimate of when your item will depart from our or supplier's warehouse. For instance, if the delivery timeframe states “Delivery between Tuesday, January 24, and Monday, January 30,” it means the item will be shipped from the vendor’s warehouse within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. As a result, your order may arrive via a courier different from those listed below. In some cases, the supplier or courier may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
In certain regions of the European Union, faster delivery options may be available for an additional fee.
For small items (suitable for packaging in a box and shipping via standard carriers).
Express Delivery: Available across most of Europe, with delivery times of 2–4 days.
Standard Delivery: Available in selected countries, with delivery times of 2–6 days.
For large items (unsuitable for standard packaging or regular carriers).
We partner with specialised furniture delivery services across Europe to ensure safe and efficient transport. Vendors may also designate their preferred carrier for these shipments.
Preparing For Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please confirm that your new item can fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and under ceilings. If any modifications are needed to accommodate the item, kindly complete these adjustments before the scheduled delivery.
Our partner courier delivers to a ground-floor room of your choice. If your item requires delivery to a level above the ground floor, please inform us as soon as possible. Failure to do so could result in a delivery attempt failure and additional charges.If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, some couriers may leave the item in a designated safe place or provide a calling card to help you reschedule. Please note that failed deliveries or redelivery attempts may incur extra fees in certain cases.
Once Delivered
Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your items before signing for them. If you’re unable to check the items while the courier is present, we recommend signing for the delivery as "unchecked." Be sure to retain your packaging and order confirmation email, as these will be required for any after-sales enquiries or returns.
For deliveries handled by our courier partners, we provide an "Unpack and Check" service. The driver will assist you in examining the goods for any damage or faults—please allow them adequate time to complete this inspection. Once the delivery has been signed for, we regret that we may be unable to accept returns for items reported as damaged or faulty afterwards.
Once your items are delivered and signed for, they officially become your property, provided payment has been made in full. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction that occurs after delivery unless the items were identified as damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered at the time of receipt.
For items requiring assembly, please verify that all parts, instructions, and necessary tools are included before beginning. Always follow the manufacturer’s assembly guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that are assembled incorrectly or damaged during the assembly process.If you plan to store your items, ensure they are thoroughly inspected beforehand to avoid potential issues later.
Delivery Terms And Conditions
1. The risk of product loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery or on the date of our first attempted delivery.
2. While we strive to deliver your order within the timeframe stated on our website, we cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from delays or failure to meet the estimated delivery times. If there are any delays, we will do our best to keep you informed and work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order, a refund will be issued once the items are either returned to our distribution centre in accordance with our Returns Policy or deemed lost by the carrier.
3. We will deliver your order to the address provided on your order form. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to contact the courier or collect the items from the designated depot, the products will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the product value, deducting the original delivery costs and any additional fees charged by the courier for returning the items.
4. After an order has been dispatched and scheduled for delivery, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

To confirm your pre-order, full payment of the item’s retail price is required at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to immediately charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.
3. Order Confirmation and Updates
Once your pre-order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Additionally, any applicable products will display a ‘pre-order’ label for your reference.
4. Shipping and Delivery
When your pre-order item becomes available, it will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please note that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, as unforeseen factors like manufacturing delays or supply chain disruptions may impact delivery.
5. Changes to Pre-Order Availability
Chamber Edit retains the right to cancel or adjust pre-orders at its discretion. This may occur due to reasons such as production delays, supply shortages, or payment method issues.If your pre-order is cancelled, rest assured that any payments made will be fully refunded.

Taxes and duties
