I’ve seen a product, but it appears to be out of stock?
Missed out on your favourite product? Don't despair! We update our selection regularly, so you might find something similar. Try browsing through our departments at the top of the webpage and then refine the type of item you are looking for by clicking on each of the sub-sections. Alternatively, you can type in the product or brand into our search facility (top right of the Website), and we will find you everything related to your specific search.
How do I report missing item(s)?
We will occasionally dispatch items separately to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Our luxury products (including made-to-order) can be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may arrive separately. Please check your order confirmation and estimated delivery timescales for each item on your order to make sure you are not missing anything outside the delivery timescales stated on our website. If you discover something is missing, please contact us at orders@chamberedit.com as soon as possible.
Can I view your products in person?
We pride ourselves on stocking products of the utmost quality and retailing them exclusively through our website. We offer 28-day returns. This allows customers to purchase with the confidence that it can be returned if the item doesn’t suit or isn’t exactly what was expected. All that we ask is that the item is sent back to us and must be in its original packaging. Some of our brands offer customer viewing experiences in their showrooms.
